SLD 10/01 - Reminder – Stoppage, overtime bans and recall bans continue to apply on a daily basis

2010 is now with us!

For those that have returned to work after the new year break - welcome back, and we hope that the new year provides the CEPU membership with a renewed impetus to finalise the outstanding EBA.
For those that are still enjoying a break - keep enjoying it!

"Reminder – Stoppage, overtime bans and recall bans continue to apply on a daily basis - further notices regarding these bans and stoppages for the upcoming days have been forwarded to Telstra. We are currently looking at an escalation of protected action shortly.
The current notices specify an "indefinite stoppage of all members throughout Australia" for each day that is notified.
As a further reminder, the ban relating to unpaid overtime continues to apply to the unpaid "log on" prior to normal start time.

For any queries, please contact either John Ellery or Len Cooper"
